Courage Ride for Rehab
September 5 - September 12
The Courage Ride for Rehab is back! Although this year’s event will look a little different, the purpose is the same – to advance rehabilitation and celebrate the partnership between the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, first responders and the Canadian Armed Forces.
What is a ‘DIY’ ride? Instead of a traditional bicycling event where everyone starts at the same place and rides the same route, DIY means you can choose your path and distance. Over the course of eight days, September 5th – 12th, ride as much as you’d like, with anyone you’d like to ride with. Track your distance and submit, that’s it! Then, join us for a socially distanced event on September 12th to pick up your ride swag and celebrate safely.
This event is family-friendly, anyone with a bike can participate.
